Is no fun. It's fine if it's a short distance (< 7 - 8 miles), but not when you have to run 16. After mile 9 today, I had to rest every mile just to breathe, and I still didn't finish the 16. I only managed to squeeze in 14. It didn't help that the mornings are getting warmer faster, and so I was overheated as well. Starting next week I'll have to wake up before 6AM to get the run in before it gets too hot.
Should have brought my inhaler with me...
